Project Description

FRANK

2016

Frank concept, as its name says, derives from the honesty of its components. A group of standard basic wood planks are arranged apparently at random to conform this bar stool. These untreated wooden lumbers have roughly adapted to each other to form this at-first-sight-fortuitous structure. Despite this, the stool is not as random as it might seem at a first glance.

This inviting and ironic chair offers convenient seating while the construction itself creates a playful pattern, and all of its details have been thought through. The material used is ash wood and it can be stained in different colors. Its fridenly appearance enable to use it in different atmospheres as public spaces or home environments.
